First 10 minutes
- Charge it fully first. About 2 hours, even if it arrives partly charged.
- Rinse the head under warm water before the first use.
- Do a dry fit. Seat the tray with no paste and no power. It should rest on your teeth without forcing your jaw open.
How to use it
Thirty seconds, twice a day. The only part people get wrong is the third step.
Step 1Paste the trayA pea-sized dab of toothpaste along the inside of the U, spread thin rather than piled in one spot. Any toothpaste works; you don’t need a special one.
Step 2Bite in and press onceSeat the tray over both jaws so the bristles meet the gumline, close gently, and press the button. One press starts a 30-second cycle and it stops on its own.
Step 3Glide it side to sideWhile it runs, move it gently side to side and in small circles. This is the step that matters most. Sitting still with it in your mouth is the single most common mistake and it is why some people say their teeth still feel unclean afterwards.It is not a bite-down-and-wait device

Week one: what’s normal
We’d rather tell you this up front than have you discover it on day three and assume something’s wrong. If your gums aren’t used to being cleaned along the whole gumline twice a day, the first few days can feel different.
Normal in the first few days
- Mild gum tenderness, especially along the back gumline.
- A little bleeding when you rinse, if you haven’t been cleaning that area consistently. It typically settles within a week or two as the gums firm up.

Stop and ask someone
- Pain rather than tenderness, or anything sharp.
- Bleeding that gets worse, or is still going after two weeks.
- Anything that feels wrong in a tooth rather than the gum. That’s a dentist question, not a brush question.

Charging, cleaning and care
Battery

Cleaning
- Rinse the head after every use.
- Once a week, soak the head overnight in water with a splash of mouthwash.
- Wipe the handle with a damp cloth. Don’t put any part of it in a dishwasher or boiling water.
- Let it dry in the open air, not sealed in the travel case.
Brush heads
Replace the head every three months, or sooner if the bristles start to splay, the same schedule as any toothbrush. Splayed bristles clean worse and are rougher on the gums.

Troubleshooting
It won’t turn onCharge it for a full 2 hours with the USB-C cable before first use, even if it arrived with some charge. If the indicator doesn’t light at all on a known-good cable and adapter, it’s a warranty replacement. Contact us and we’ll ship a new one.
My teeth still feel unclean afterwardsNine times out of ten this is technique: the unit is being held still instead of glided. Move it side to side and in small circles for the whole cycle. If that doesn’t fix it within a few days, check the tray is seating fully over the back molars, and use the guarantee if it still isn’t right for you.
The tray doesn’t fit comfortablyIt should rest on the teeth without forcing your jaw open. If it feels like it’s propping your mouth wide or hitting the back of your throat, stop using it and get in touch. That isn’t something to push through.
The vibration feels weakUsually a low battery. Charge to full and retest. If it’s still weak on a full charge, that’s a fault, not a setting.
Toothpaste foams over the sidesUse less: a pea-sized amount total, not per side. Foam volume isn’t a measure of cleaning; most people use two to three times more toothpaste than they need.
