If the Kalda Cold Cap doesn't take the edge off within 60 days of delivery, contact us through the Help Center (/pages/contact) with your order number and we'll refund the product price to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. You don't need to return the kit.

Kalda Jar Sealer: 1-year replacement warranty

If your Kalda Jar Sealer stops sealing within 1 year of delivery, contact us through the Help Center (/pages/contact) with your order number and a short video of the problem, and we'll ship you a replacement sealer free. No return needed.

Not happy with it in the first 30 days after delivery? Contact us and send it back for a refund of the product price.

Shipping charges and the optional Shipping Protection fee are not refundable unless your order arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent.

Damaged, lost or wrong items

Contact us within 14 days of delivery (or of the last tracking update for lost parcels) with photos where relevant, and we'll send a replacement or refund.
